The Office Support Admin's responsibilities include engaging in various work assignments, projects, and activities, structured to enable the Office Support Admin to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform various interdepartmental tasks, typically identified with a targeted non-exempt position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides entry-level services, under supervision of more senior staff, as appropriate to day-to-day operations. Participates in projects and tasks designed to develop support skills appropriate to the needs of the organization. Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from staff in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. May provide day-to-day guidance and support to staff Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Skills and Experience Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively General PC knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel/Outlook), Adobe Suite Results driven and proactive; strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellence Knowledge of or familiarity with defined area of operational/administrative/technical specialty. Languages: English fluency required Training/Education required: High school diploma or equivalent; with some college or degree preferred Experience required: Hours of work: Monday - Friday Travel required : None
