CDL A TRUCK DRIVER HAZ MAT LOCAL Now Hiring Night Drivers in Montrose, PA XNG has an industry leading variable pay plan designed to reward our Drivers efforts based on Safe Driving, Efficiency, Duration, and Tenure. Night Drivers earn a maximum of 35.00/per hour $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Why Drive for XNG? We proudly drive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Tractors Traditional 4/2 schedule with opportunity for special runs/events Regional routes with limited customer contact Mostly drop and hook operation No OTR Home every day/night Weekly pay Benefits/Incentives we offer (Full time employees): Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective day one (enrollment required) Paid Time Off (PTO) - accrue up to 2 weeks annually 401K with company match after 90 days Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Driver Holiday Premium (at company discretion) $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus (at company discretion) Special Event Bonus/Peak Season Bonus (at company discretion) $200/yr.
