Description:
The position starts with 20 hours a week at first to be sure you have a handle on the work. After 3-4 weeks if your performance looks good you may request up to 40 hours per week. The pay starts at $11 per hour, after 6 months you may qualify for a performance based raise, we have agents currently working for up to $12. The job is generating leads for Real Estate investors. We call targeted lists using an web-based auto dialer and speak with homeowners about making an offer on their property. The training covers all that is necessary to know for the job. You just need a great attitude on the phone, and a willingness to learn. One week of training M-F 8 am to 12 pm (Costa Rica time) via Skype. If you pass training and get placed with a client, we will include a $150 thank you on your first paycheck for completing the training and getting place.
