The PorchLight Child and Family Clinician will provide family, group, and individual trauma focused therapy to at-risk youth ages 0-12 who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, trafficking, exploitation, or related crimes. Essential Duties: Works on site minimum 50% of time at PorchLight and collaborates with all partner agencies. Maintains a professional relationship with PorchLight, Jefferson Center staff and consumers. Provide psychoeducation and intervention, including individual, family, and dyadic therapies to a caseload size of approximately 40 clients ages 0-12, which is subject to change based on intensity and need. Conduct intake, trauma, and relational assessments and provide appropriate clinical treatment, including providing referrals to other community programs as appropriate. Determines eligibility for services based on presenting issues, diagnostic formulation, and established payer source guidelines. Engage and collaborate with the identified child and family in the treatment process and goal-setting, while identifying risk and safety factors. Effectively respond to caregiver needs and problems, initiates and maintains positive interactions, timely response to phone calls, email and other requests. Coordinate care with the child or family's community support system through consultation, while maintaining appropriate professional standards of communication. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to develop therapeutic alliance and work effectively with consumers from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrates cultural humility. Addresses the whole health needs of the client. Maintain effective interpersonal relations with clients and families, peers, colleagues, upper management, visitors, and the general public. Display a growth-mindset toward continued reflection and self-awareness, demonstrating a commitment to social justice and equitable mental health services. Expected treatment services are framed in an episode-of-care model that is trauma-informed, culturally humble, strengths-based, and utilizes evidence-based practices. Care coordination with various community agencies is required, particularly onsite community partners within Family Justice Center. Exhibit enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work environment. Clinician in this position will accept variety of payor sources, including Crime Victims Compensation and Medicaid. Other Duties: Meet required number of client-facing hours as determined by the Center (currently 50% of a clinician's time is required to be client-facing). Manage all client documentation in electronic health record and other tracking measures as needed within 72 hours of service. Attend supervision at times and intervals agreed upon with supervisor and participates in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda. Reports high risk/problem cases and utilizes a problem solving approach. Attend mandatory in-services trainings and team meetings, and maintain compliance with an individualized training plan as required. Participate in professional development training as appropriate and schedule allows. Maintain other duties and expectations per Manager discretion. Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Conferred Master's degree (from an accredited University/College) in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. Two or more years related experience and/or training required. Clinical licensure preferred; licensure-eligible (registration with DORA) required. Experience in working with children with mental health concerns and their families, as well as experience working with victims of trauma, abuse, and related crimes. Skills in play therapy, family therapy interventions, crisis interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, and other applicable treatment modalities. Knowledge of early childhood development, infant/early childhood mental health theory and infant/early childhood mental health interventions. Knowledge in the use of developmental and trauma assessments for children. Bilingual preferred but not required. Computer and technological knowledge required. Grade 51 - Master's Unlicensed Clinician - $46,400 to $58,900* Grade 52 - Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) - $55,600 to $70,900* Additional Salary Information*: All salaries at Jefferson Center are calculated based on years of total relevant experience.* The salary range above is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.* Additional pay provided for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.* Master's (Unlicensed) Bonus LPC/LMFT Bonus LCSW/LP Bonus $1,500 1 month anniversary$1,500 1 year anniversary($3,000 Total)$1,000 1 month anniversary$1,000 6 month anniversary$1,000 1 year anniversary($3,000 Total)$2,000 1 month anniversary$1,000 6 month anniversary$1,000 1 year anniversary($4,000 Total) Additional Bonus Information*: Based on full time (40 hours/week).
