You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations• Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer Compensation: $12 - $35 hourly About Company: Anytime Fitness is the premier 24/7/365 access coaching club in the Fairfax area!
